  1. Dear Fr Taylor,
I know you’re very busy but I simply must send a quick “Thank you!” in response to the audio of your sermon, Constant Vigilance. The insight you gave – in combination with your voice and sense of humor in the delivery – brightened my morning! I needed that!
I rarely get to church now due to my wife’s advanced dementia and many health problems. As her caregiver, I thank God for blessing me with excellent health and the necessary strength. Today I rose before she woke, and I’m so glad that the Spirit guided me to your sermon! (I’ve bookmarked the site so I can listen repeatedly.)
Thank you, too, for your clever mini-Lent challenge of disciplines and practices. I’m going to follow them!

    God’s blessings!

    1. Dear Mr. Lorton,
I am a member of Fr. Taylor’s church. Fr. Taylor’s sermons are always a joy to hear & a challenge to our spiritual growth as well. I will keep you & your wife in my prayers.

    2. Dear Charles,

Your note blessed me tremendously. Thank you for taking the time to write such an encouraging message! It’s always nice to know that one isn’t simply sending words/audio off into the blackhole of cyber space.

I will be keeping you and your wife in my prayers. For continued excellent health and necessary strength. Is there anything else you’d like for me to pray for specifically?

I’m honored that you felt comfortable sharing with me; you are a godly example to us all and I look forward to messaging with you again.

I’m working on my sermon for 12/15 and you’ve provided me a great deal of excitement and joy to keep on. Thank you!

      Peace,
      Porter
